Empathographical style of research is a new proprietary strand of research with its roots in ethnographic research methods. Though many aspects are similar, its main difference is the focus of ‘seeing the world through the eyes of the consumer’: understanding how feelings drive choices and spending more time with consumers in environments in which they are most familiar. We facilitate the opportunity for our clients to spend time face-to-face with their key consumers.
